1. 30-day return window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right to return an item for a full refund or an exchange.

Notification: Once you notify us of your intent to return, you have 30 days to ship the items back to us.

2. how to make a return

Request a Label:  Contact us via email service@marvinwatch.com to fill out the return form and receive your free return slip.

Condition: All items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, pristine condition.

Inspection: Please note that damaged, incomplete, or contaminated items cannot be resold and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. refunds & exchanges

Refunds: Your original purchase price will be credited back to your original payment method once Marvin Watch receives and inspects the goods.

Exchanges: We will dispatch your replacement product as soon as your returned item arrives at our warehouse.

Enjoy complimentary standard delivery on all orders, worldwide. No minimum spend, no hidden fees.

Dispatch Note: During sale periods, please allow up to 4 additional business days for dispatch.

Priority Dispatch: Currently, priority dispatch is not available for US deliveries. However, all US orders still qualify for our free standard shipping.
